The original Ivy Bake Shoppe is a small bakery cafe located in downtown historic Fort Madison. We serve incredible pastries and sweets, as well as lunch specials off a chalkboard menu. . .such things as warm onion pie, tortilla soup, tomato basil pie, muffelettas, roast beef wraps with sundried tomato pesto, portabello / feta panini, chicken pot pie in a flaky crust, meat and vegetable quiche, blackberry scones, and warm caramel apple tart. . .as well as all the chocolates and a coffee bar with all the gourmet beverages!
We hope you will find time to explore all the countryside around this area of the Midwest, and will plan to stop in and visit us. We are open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. serving lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. We are located on the corner of 7th and Avenue G. Or you can visit our smaller cafe in the Shottenkirk Car Dealership in West Burlington, IA. We are open there from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
