This season the West Burlington Ivy is serving VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP everyday. On Monday and Friday, we are serving Baked Potato Soup, Wednesday and Saturday is TORTILLA SOUP, and Tuesday and Thursday is Liz's CARROT SOUP.
The Uptown Ivy offers TORTILLA Soup everyday and this week our 'Soup of the Week' is the ever so popular Tomato Basil. Serving fresh basil all winter long from Triple Creek Farms.

If you have never tasted one of our Muffalettas, you have really missed out. Ciabatta bread is soaked with a Italian Vinnaigrete, and topped with an Olive Spread. Next the layering begins, Spinach, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Provolone Cheese, Corned Beef, Ham, Salami, and Swiss Cheese. We then smash them in the refrigerator for 24 hours before serving so all the flavors are forced to mingle.
